Adaptation course to degree


Introduction

Graduates and technical engineers who wish to enroll in studies with the aim of getting an official degree must complete the legitimate credit recognition with the corresponding Adaptation to Degree Course.

The School of Computing Engineering offers courses of adaptation to Degree in Software Engineering for Technical Engineers in Management Information Systems and Technical Engineers in Computer Systems.

Subjects (+)

Subjects to be taken by the student

On a general basis, all subjects of the adaptation course must be taken, except in the event that any of them can be adapted or recognized considering the record provided by the student and the skills acquired by him/her, both through optional subjects of the Technical Engineering studies and through other official university courses.

Furthermore, and according to the Degree Verification Report (section 4.3), ".., the recognition by work and professional experience may be applied to those students enrolled in this adaptation course up to a maximum of 6 ECTS on the goal of placements."

In the "Adaptation tables" section, you can find the tables approved by the School's Recognition Committee for the different syllabuses of Technical Computer Engineering studies of the University of Oviedo which grant access to this adaptation course.

In the "Recognition tables" section, you can find the analysis for the recognition of the skills acquired by taking the Computer Engineer courses (2nd cycle) and the Master's Degree in Web Engineering of the University of Oviedo, approved by the Recognition Committee.

Timetable

The Adaptation to Degree Course for IT Technical Engineers will take place every Friday afternoon and Saturday morning during the academic year 2012/2013. The timetables will be:

  • Fridays: from 18 to 21 hours.
  • Saturdays: from 0 to 15 hours.
